Booking Conditions
Rates and Letting Periods
All rates are based on weekly lets, however, weekend
breaks or overnight accommodation is also available (subject to availability)
Deposit and Payment
30% deposit payable at the time of booking with the balance due 6 weeks before
holiday date. Bookings made within 6 weeks of holidy date must be paid in
full.
Refunds
Refunds will only be offered if a holiday has to be cancelled due to events
outside of our control.
Arrival and Departure Time
Arrival Time - properties are available from 3:00pm onwardson day of arrival.
Departure Time - properties must be vacated no later than 10:00am on day of
departure.
Smoking Policy
All cottages are non-smoking
Pet Policy
Pets are allowed. They must be well behaved. No more that two dogs
or cats are accepted.
